Kate is passionate about helping people recover from injury and keeping them active.

She is experienced with injury rehabilitation, having been through two ACL reconstructions herself.

Kate’s professional interests include musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, clinical Pilates and strength training.

Kate was the head physiotherapist for the University of Canberra Capitals women’s basketball team when they won back to back WNBL championships in season 2018/19 and 2019/20.

She also has a strong interest in women’s health and ensuring women keep fit and active. She can assist to relieve hip and back pain during pregnancy and post natal recovery. Women’s health is an area Kate is passionate about and having her fist child Henry in 2020.

Kate has a strong sports background and has worked with national league basketball teams, first grade rugby union, as well as Women’s AFL and junior Netball academies. Kate has played both premier league Basketball and state league Netball in the ACT. She is also a social triathlete. Kate has worked in private practice physiotherapy since 2013 after graduating from Charles Sturt University.
