Thea O’Donnell graduated from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation, striving to help people achieve their goals, with a long term, sustainable approach.

Thea has a keen interest in rehabilitation for sports injuries and getting people back to play, women’s health and pre- and post-natal Pilates. She also has an interest in working with NDIS clients, taking an all-ability approach.

Thea has a background in sport training and rehab coaching roles for Aussie Rules Football after working at the Belconnen Magpies Football Club for the past three seasons. She also has worked with Touch Football ACT and is a qualified Pilates instructor. Thea has a keen interest in running and helping people return to running after injury.

Thea has played State League and representative Netball in NSW and loves to play any kind of social sport including Touch Football and Oztag. In her free time, Thea enjoys attending Pilates classes herself, scoping out the best places to drink coffee and going back home to her family farm.
