EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST

Thea O’Donnell graduated from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation, dedicated to helping people achieve their goals through a long-term, sustainable approach to health and fitness.

Thea has a strong interest in sports injury rehabilitation and getting people back to play, with a focus on women’s health and pre- and post-natal Pilates. She is also passionate about working with NDIS clients, embracing an all-ability approach to care and support.

With a background in sport, Thea has held training and rehab coaching roles for Aussie Rules Football, working with the Belconnen Magpies Football Club for the past three seasons. She has also worked with Touch Football ACT and is a qualified Pilates instructor. As an avid runner, Thea has a particular interest in helping people return to running after injury.

Outside of work, Thea has played State League and representative netball in NSW and enjoys participating in social sports like Touch Football and Oztag. In her free time, she loves attending Pilates classes, discovering great coffee spots, and visiting her family farm.
